The Right Honorable Lord Mayor Nicholas Reece . an Australian politician who has served as Lord Mayor of Melbourne since July 2024. He leads the City of Melbourne Council and represents the city in official and public matters. Before becoming Lord Mayor, he was Deputy Lord Mayor and a city councillor. Earlier in his career, he worked as a political adviser, university executive, media commentator, and charity leader. His background combines politics, public policy, academia, and community work.
